a)     Meeting protocols (Ground rules for effective meetings)
Jim Neufeld's suggestion regarding briefing note for new issues to be
brought to meetings was discussed.  It was decided that this was a good
idea but that there was some concern that issues may be omitted due to
lack of briefing note.  It was suggested that where there wasn't a briefing
note that the issue be brought forward and then could be tabled if
necessary until the next meeting to allow time to prepare a briefing note or
provide another form of written information to assist members in
         understanding implications and decision making.

b) Workshop/seminar planning
The date of the next planning session will be Saturday, February 26th,
2005 at 10:00 AM at Shirley Nixon's. Doug advised that he was given a
name of a person who gives seminars using the Living By Water book as
a base.  It was moved by Dave Crabb and seconded by Joe Younge that
Doug contact him for further information relating to cost and availability
