At the Twin Lake Beaches AGM there was discussion about what their area received or did not received from the municipality. Voting ballots were distributed to be completed and returned later. Daryll Hyslop - advised that he would be sending out the invoices (52). He reports sewage "pump out" into bay for second year in a row. There was no response to their call until Bill Russell contacted Dwight Williamson. Things happed then. RCMP went back the next day with Conservation. There has been no information since. Jim to contact him to arrange a meeting. Jim asked about web software and Dave will follow up. Jim will contact his former website manager to determine if website name available - cwlca.com. Clearwater Lake is high - up 2 - 3 feet. Not a problem because they were low. Purchased pump and lots of hose for fire fighting. AGM had a good turn out. Hugo Bay - someone with a long term lease. Environmental survey indicates that there should be no further development. Lagoon serving lake is at capacity and would need development. Affluent goes through marsh to Saskatchewan R. Last lot draw allowed about a dozen additions. The Town of The Pas had the airport turned over to them by Transport Canada a couple of years ago. Rumor is that the town may develop cottage lots but must have environmental review. Bill Russell - Bill applauds the action of Daryll's area. Bill will check on cheque from Twin Lake Beach.
